• Basic Salary: Up to $5000
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: Changi

Responsibilities:

• Effective management of Equipment & Production Processes
• Develop solutions for new product implementation
• Monitor daily equipment setup for machines
• Effective planning of equipment maintenance and repair and vendor management
• Vendors management of consumables and contracts
• Lead and manage improvement projects
• Review and improve work processes and work methods
• Lead continuous improvement projects for Production department
• Lead and develop technical team to support company KPI\'s
• Lead a team of technical staff to achieve departmental goals
• Oversees and/or conduct training of new or existing staff

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/Production or any related discipline
• 5 years of relevant work experiences preferably in high product mixed manufacturing environment
• Have expertise in Process management - experience in continuous improvement projects
• Experienced in machine\'s maintenance & coordination with vendors on support
• Knowledgeable in ISO and CGMP, preferably in Pharmaceutical / Medical Device environment
• Possess problem-solving skills (PDCA, Fish bone, Lean six sigma)
