Are you an experienced quality and process engineer looking for a new opportunity in an interesting, fast moving and dynamic environment?

Due to the exceptional success of our Smart Mail Solutions, we have additional projects coming from Europe and we need to hire a new team member to help us deliver a best in class service and product to our customers.

You'll work on a hybrid basis working 2-3 days from home per week.

Your role in our future

Your main focus will see you working on production transfer from Malyasia to Thailand - you will supported with a buddy in a similar role to help you learn all our processes and standards and you will receive a lot of training on the job.

You will be talking with both external vendors in Thailand and Malaysia and with the project team in HK and Europe, and you will be responsible for inspecting the quality of parts and components coming from third parties and external providers, and determining the warranty to reach Quality targets for parts used in our machine assembly through the implementation of an efficient Supplier Quality Assurance approach internally or with the part manufacturers.

During the development phases, you will implement a global Supplier Quality Assurance approach, from the part design to the final product / process validation, internally or at the supplier facilities and before the machine production launch.

You will monitor the Quality with part suppliers during serial life (KPIs, action plans, process audits, ...).
