Job Description
Architectural Glass Manufacturing Company requires
Process Technician (Manufacturing) Responsible in monitoring the process performance, trouble-shooting process related issues Analyze, coordinate and improve process capacity, yield and production capacity Create or document Work Instruction (WI) and conduct training
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and improving the processes to gain productivity, efficiency, quality, and costs
- Support production on trouble-shooting and solve related process quality and yield improvement activities
- Conduct process related evaluations like TMS, PERT, CPM or SPC
- Data entry, compilation and analysis on reject rate based on weekly process yields reports
- Communicate with suppliers on production or process related problem to seek knowledge and solutions
Requirements:
- NiTEC / ITC / Professional Certificate in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Glass manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Experience in process engineering, problem solving techniques, and ISO documentation
- Able to read technical drawing and hands-on experience in operating machineries are preferred
- Able to withstand work pressure and customer demand
- Willing to work under fast paced and stressful environment
