We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement & Admin Executive to support our purchasing operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing food items, and kitchen supplies according to company requirements.
Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines from multiple suppliers.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
Assist in vendor evaluation and feedback process.
Support cost control initiatives and suggest cost-saving alternatives when possible.
Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procurement policies.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:
Experience of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B industry is required.
Experience using REVEL POS system will be preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation
Good negotiation and communication skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Positive working attitude and a team player
