Position Title: Procurement Admin (Purchaser/Buyer)
Working Location: East - Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon to Thurs 8 am-6 pm, Fri 8 am-5 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2500 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
Maintain procurement records and follow up on outstanding orders.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
Track and manage inventory levels.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely receipt of goods.
Ensure procurement documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
Assist in maintaining compliance with procurement policies.
Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
Manage the procurement database and ensure data integrity.
