We are currently looking for a Procurement Administration Professional for a leading Real Estate Developer in the region, who will bring onboard with him/her knowledge on Procurement to add value to the team at the HQ level. He/She will be able to work with a world class team to be set up for success, and will also enjoy an attractive remuneration package.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administration support to the department, , including maintaining SAP database for Purchasing and Billing modules and updating of SAP access authorization to ensure confidentiality of information
  • To assist with support in Procurement with good governance in Purchasing practice and documentation
  • To assist on PO issuance and invoice processing
  • To ensure invoice accuracy and compliance
  • To assist in Procurement related audits
  • To continuously improve and innovate on existing processes in improving work efficiency for Corporate Administration & Procurement Department

Key Requirements:
  • Diploma in Procurement or related degree with at least 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Good Knowledge of Procurement Policies and guidelines
  • Good writing skills
