The role: The Procurement Analyst Support will be responsible for processing Engineering Change Notices data pulling, item maintenance pertaining to Parts Set Up, Price Changes, Lead Time, and MOQ updates in the ERP Systems. He / She will be involved in Commercial Change Orders approval and ensure proper set up of buyer/planner, routing, and sourcing rule task. This role will also handle requests for technical drawing specifications and other ad hoc requests. Responsibilities : Functional Expertise
  • Process Change Order/Non-Revision Change Order Data pulling
  • Provide support on all Organization CCO’s containing Buyer Planner, Routing and Sourcing Rule tasks
  • Accomplish accurate Part Set up in ERP Systems within the turnaround time
  • Maintain ERP item attribute pertaining to procurement parameters e.g., price, lead time, MOQ, DRI code, Price break, supplier information and others as may be specified
  • Perform part specifications downloads, e.g., Drawing, Bill of Materials, AML, PDX Package and other engineering prints as may be specified
  • Provide support for ad hoc requests pertaining to purchasing parameters part set up/drawing pulling and others as may be specified
  • Gather, scrub, manipulate data to generate simple reports and analysis related to Part and Supplier requirement
  • Ensure predefined process is followed to ensure accuracy of information
  • Maintain task tracking sheet for CO/NRCO, input new items, monitor stakeholders’ approval and aging and for closure items
  • Completes workload on time. Monitors if transactions are processed in a timely manner.
  • Performs quality checks and provides quality feedback/recommendations to peers.
Stakeholders Management
  • Assists stakeholder, servicing, follow-up, communication, and closure of issues
  • Provide feedback on stakeholder inquiries/requests on a timely manner
  • Provide solutions and sound recommendation to stakeholder basic queries & problems.
  • Work with stakeholders in updating supply chain systems and seek approval prior to submission
  • Participates in conferences calls, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers.
Internal Communications

  • Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets/trackers and slide decks.
  • Plans and collaborates on workload and projects with the team in cooperation with immediate superior
  • Participates in team meetings, huddles, and information cascades. Communicates with the team on best practices, lessons learned, process and product updates during team huddles/meetings
  • Gathers data, generates, and submits reports to immediate superior with recommendations.
Continuous Improvement

  • Assists the team lead in the implementation of identified opportunities and resolution to challenges. Provide sound recommendations to leaders and/or stakeholders by translating, enhancing, and consolidating information into forms that can be used for decision making.
  • Support projects related to process improvements
Team Support and Development
  • Engage in team activities and initiatives.
  • Serves as back-up for next level similar or related function for business continuity.
  • Fulfil other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course preferably Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Data management, or Business-related discipline
  • 0 - 2 yrs. of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Procurement / Data Management
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
  • Intermediate MS PowerPoint knowledge
