Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle and respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Order items from vendors or service providers as required. Obtain at least three quotations to verify purchase prices and ensure proper comparison before making any purchase. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and submit for approval. Maintain good relationships with both vendors and customers. Use company and/or customer systems or portals for day-to-day operational tasks. Prepare and issue invoices to customers. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative support, purchasing, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiar with using online systems or portals for daily operations. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a positive attitude. Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. * Preferably candidates who are available to start work immediately.
