MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides general support to the Cost Control and Procurement Team
- Attends clarification meetings for upcoming projects
- Assists in preparation of bid documents (bid tabulation, etc.)
- Ensures that required bidding are accurately and timely prepared and conducted to - support the construction team
- Monitors overall project deliverables and status
- Assist with the preparation, canvassing and/or purchasing of required supplies, materials, or equipment for each project
- Must be willing to be an Expediter of deliveries, Runner, and Background Checker of new suppliers & sub-contractors. Research potential vendors
- May be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties as required such as but not limited to the following:
