Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products and services and resolving any issues related to supply delays or quality concerns.
Create and process purchase orders, track order status, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of purchased items, monitoring stock levels, and identifying any needs for replenishment to avoid operational disruptions.
Help to track procurement expenses, ensuring that purchases remain within budget and identify opportunities for cost reduction or more efficient procurement practices.
Ensure all procurement processes are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and documentation for audits.
Assist in reviewing, preparing, and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring that terms and conditions are met.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, compare prices, and evaluate quality to recommend the best procurement options.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on delivery times, product quality, and pricing, providing feedback to senior procurement managers.

Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
At least 1 year of experience in purchasing
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications for example Word and Excel
