Support the procurement function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations. Act as an interface between suppliers and relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.
Manage the day-to-day of procurement activities, engagement with stakeholders to ensure materials and/or services needed for business success.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards and procedures.
Responsible for the Procurement management and operations process including Procurement information flow - suppliers information maintenance, items suppliers' connection, supplier agreements and supplier basic data like company information, MOQ, order multiple, responsible personnel, etc.
