Job Description
- Engineers looking at career switch ok
- No experience but with a Degree in any discipline ok
- Sourcing for direct & indirect materials
- Good career advancement
- Source for direct and indirect materials, negotiating for the best price and payment term.
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors for timely delivery and monitor purchases to avoid any out-of-stock situations.
- Investigate and resolve issues pertaining to Quality/Supplies with internal/external stakeholders.
- Risk mitigation, proposing and implementing solutions to resolve potential risks in a timely manner.
- Prepare, develop, and review contracts for both new and existing suppliers, and constantly monitor the validity & expiry of each contract.
- Prepare Tender, Standard Operating Procedure, Work Instruction Procedure, etc.
- Monitor and track Asset Life Cycle for the planning of asset renewal and/or disposal.
- Support Budget Planning and Costings.
- Degree in any discipline, no experience welcome.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
