Job Description

We are seeking aproactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executiveto manage the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control of all veterinary clinic supplies -- including pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, pet food, lab materials, cleaning products, and office essentials. This role is fully administrative.

This role ensures smooth clinic operations, cost efficiency, and full compliance with veterinary and pharmaceutical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement: ordering, approvals, and supplier coordination. Maintain and update supplier databases, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Prepare purchase orders, match invoices, and liaise with finance for timely payments. Monitor stock levels, expiries, and controlled drug records using Excel or inventory software. Coordinate deliveries, verify goods received, and manage cold-chain logistics. Support daily operational needs, vendor management, and compliance documentation.

Skills & Experience

2-3 years' experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain (veterinary/medical preferred). Strong Excel and data management skills. Excellent organization, communication, and supplier relationship skills. Knowledge of cold-chain and controlled substance handling is advantageous.
