5. Procurement Executive
THE PERSON:
- Min Diploma in Procurement or relevant
- 3 years working experience in the relevant field, preferably with exposure of subcontractor engineering coordination.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems
- Well communication and negotiation skill
THE JOB:
- To achieve / meet cost saving target
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local & oversea vendors.
- To implement internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery & short lead time requirements and advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules
- Review and update procurement-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency
- 20% logistics work will be allocated
