??Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, while conducting market research to optimize procurement processes. ??End-to-End Procurement: Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from placing purchase orders to managing inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness. ??Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, resolving issues and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement. ??Cost Control: Manage procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure purchases align with the company's financial goals. ??Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries. ??Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and emerging suppliers to enhance purchasing Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to engage effectively with Chinese-majority customers and stakeholders. ??Industry Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial and construction manufacturing, or related industries is highly valued. Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement, with a strong understanding of supplier selection and negotiation processes. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities to foster strong partnerships. Liaise with warehouse team to ensure goods are received on time and resolve discrepancies, if any. Any other tasks assigned by management. Diploma or higher in Business or related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in mechanical engineering industrial. Detail-oriented, organized and good team player with problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
