Job Description
*5 Days work week, 9am - 5.30pm
*Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Sengkang, Woodlands, Marsiling, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Boon Lay, ChineseGarden, Jurong East, Buona Vista, Tiong Bahru)
*Japan MNC
*Basic + Flexi Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus

Our client is a Japanese MNC who providing heavy machinery / vehicle for construction industry
- Responsible for receiving, assessing, and processing claims submitted by warehouses and dealers via the company\'s claim portal.
- Conduct investigations into the cause of each claim.
- Review pending claims.
- Communicate with dealers through email on dealer claim solution.
- Communicate with vendor on pending vendor claims.
- Process credit note / return parts / FOC parts.
- Prepare claim monthly report and other claim reports.
- Review and create PO for approved rework/repack done by 3rd party manpower.
- Backup Arrival Entry process.
- Diploma or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong good communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work well in a team environment and independently.
Working Hours Mon-Fri
Salary From S$2,400.00 to S$3,300.00
