Job Description

Responsibilities:
Procure production material based on master planning requirement for manufacturing and also support Production to procure consumable items. Provide forward planning on materials stock plan. Liaise with all external vendors on subcontracting job particularly on their PO, DO, shipment arrangement , delivery schedule and quality delivery service to production. Get quotation from supplier on materials and consumable products. Prepare PO and issue to supplier on materials and consumable products. Prepare DO and arrange delivery the raw to local supplier for machining/ mixing process. Arrange shipment from/ to supplier for oversea supplier (including prepare commercial invoice, packing list and label). Liaise/ ensure supplier is track on their committed delivery date.
Requirement:
Diploma in any discipline on manufacturing procurement or supply chain. Prefer to have a minimum 3years' experience of relevant role in production environment . Working knowledge of Production planning, FIFO for material supply and good supplier communication and basic procurement SOP. Knowledge and experience using MRP or ERP system for planning and inventory control. Ability to comprehend Engineering Drawings, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing is an advantage.
