We are a Singapore-based interior design and construction company dedicated to delivering creative and high-quality design solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated

Procurement Executive

to join our team and handle both local and overseas procurement needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of materials, furniture, and fittings for interior design and construction projects in Singapore. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Evaluate vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships. Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and manage inventory records. Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure materials meet project requirements. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields. 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience (interior design/architecture/construction industry preferred). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of procurement software is an advantage. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight project deadlines. Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with overseas suppliers.
