Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing procurement activities across various categories while driving procurement excellence in the region. This role focuses on optimising processes, implementing best practices, and aligning with organisational goals to achieve cost savings and efficiency, while conducting cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and support strategic sourcing.

Experience in the logistics industry is added advantage.

JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Rate negotiation and maintaining relationships with the carriers while continually sourcing for additional vendors for the best pricing and delivery schedule. Coordinate with both our internal / external colleagues, offices and agency. Maintaining, update monthly rates into the system. Ensuring data entries are up to date. Preparing RFQ and ensure timely delivery to support dynamic sales demand. Support in day-to-day procurement task and administrative support. Analyzing on market trends and our competitors pricing in the market Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Min Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience would be advantageous. Good verbal and written in communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills Good proficiency in Microsoft Office software programmes (Words, Excel, Power point or any other ) Good time management skills and able to work independently, with strong negotiations skills, meticulous and analytical. * Fresh diploma graduates are welcomed to apply
