Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our sourcing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1.Supplier Sourcing & Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency Maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors Conduct regular supplier performance review

Procurement Operations

Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards

3. Communication & Coordination

Liaise with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders Translate procurement documents when needed

Cost Optimization & Negotiation

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings Analyze market trends and pricing to support strategic purchasing decisions

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in food, retail, or FMCG procurement Familiarity with international trade regulations and supplier networks * Knowledge of local and regional sourcing channels
