Job Title: Procurement Executive (M&E/ North West/ Perm)Industry: Construction / Building / EngineeringSalary: SGD 3000 - 4000Location: North West, SingaporeAbout Company: Our client incorporated in Singapore back in 1999, that positioned themselves as a Mechanical and Electrical Integrated Specialist that providing M & E Engineering Services and Facilities Maintenance, for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, upgrading and other infrastructure development projects.: - To prepare Purchase Order / Letter of Intent- To request for additional quotations for more comparison against budget- To prepare comparison and evaluation table for quotation received- To update the monitoring files: (i) Preliminary Vs PO Confirmation (ii) Material Movement (iii) Material Exceed- To consolidate Sub-Con material- To consolidate final material usage for wrap-up project- Feedback on market information in term of material fluctuation- Source in New Entrant for Supplier in the Approval Vendor List- Maintain good relationship with all associate Suppliers / Partner- Suppliers selection, evaluation, negotiation and issuing of Purchase- Order for respective projectsJob Requirements: - Preferably with M&E, engineering maintenance, machine maintenance background- Min 2-3 years experience in relevant executive level - Able to do analysis, decision makingInterested applicants are invited to submit their resume via clicking the apply button.JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd.(EA License No.: 17C8920)Ivy Chin (Registration No.: R21100604)
