WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Attend to stakeholders\' purchase requests from sourcing, negotiations, shortlisting, Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order processing to delivery / invoice matching.
Purchase Requisition creation and follow up with approval route in the Procurement system.
Perform Goods Receipt for all purchase orders in the procurement system
Liaise with end-users and suppliers to resolve any unmatched invoices
Conduct Cost comparison on each purchase request to achieve cost efficiency, and budget reviews with Operations teams and stakeholders.
Negotiate each quote proposal received to ensure cost competitiveness.
Conduct contractual reviews, negotiation, and revision on the clauses to mitigate potential risks before contract finalization. Followed by submission with justifications for management\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
Drive the cost savings initiatives in the best capacity of procurement compliances and policies.
Maintain the PO listing with monthly spending
Report and analyse data of Procurement activities.
Drive spends optimizations and cost management
Carry out supplies and services tender invitation, reviews, negotiations till finalization (Letter of Awards) and transition stages till Go-Live implementation.
Conduct Procurement system training to new users.
Control and compliances of the approval processes and matrices.
Guide systems users in the compliance and report generation
Assist to resolve enquiries on overdue payment from suppliers
Involve in all supply contract negotiations (new or renewal), as assigned by the Supervisor.
Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials for procurement department
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Material Management or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in Procurement, Logistics/Warehouse management or Busines Analytics or similar
Meticulous with eye for details and sensitive to figures
Resourceful with a logical and analytical mind
Adaptable to change management and implement process and procedures to meet the changing operating models and market trends / behaviours
Able to think strategically with strong business acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all stakeholders
Good writing and communications skills
Uphold integrity and responsibilities
