The Executive will assist and support the Admin and Procurement Manager in managing of the day-to-day office, administrative, procurement and any other operational matters.
Responsibilities:
Procuring supplies and services for in-house customers in accordance with procurement guidelines.
Planning, budgeting, co-ordinating and supporting company events.
Participating in contract tendering process and monitoring supply contracts expiry date and triggering renewal or tender process.
Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and maintaining a healthy stock level.
Equipping staff with PPE for onboarding and annual issue.
Requirement:
Diploma in any discipline
Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
