This is an opportunity to work full-time in a renowned construction chemicals company in fulfilment of your internship requirements

Responsibilities:

• Procurement
• To lead savings projects for categories assigned to him/her by the Procurement Manager
• To identify suppliers, benchmark prices, specifications, terms and delivery dates to determine the optimum one to utilize.
• To assist procurement manager with reporting as & when required
• Purchasing & Logistics (Supply Chain)
• To issue Purchase Order for raw material, packaging & trading goods in timely manner
• Follow up with supplier regarding delivery & arrange shipment accordingly.
• Communicate to internal stakeholders regarding incoming shipments & price enquiries.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required; both verbal and written.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be flexible and exercise a high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks.
• We are seeking an individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player, willing to ask for help when needed, and focus on learning about what Procurement & Supply Chain entails and has to offer!
