Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Procurement Manager (APAC)

to lead all regional sourcing activities and strengthen the company's procurement operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This position reports directly to the

Global Head of Procurement

and will oversee a regional team responsible for driving supplier performance, cost optimization, and procurement process standardization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a deep understanding of the APAC supply market and proven experience managing regional procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across the APAC region to ensure cost efficiency, supplier quality, and performance optimization. Build, develop, and guide the regional procurement team while aligning with global procurement strategies. Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers across local markets to enhance the company's supplier base and global network. Drive adoption of global procurement tools, systems, and processes within the APAC region. Collaborate with global procurement teams to harmonize sourcing methodologies and governance practices. Conduct market analysis, supplier scouting, and technical evaluations to support product and business needs. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure competitive advantages for the company. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate procurement into business operations and product development. Provide periodic reports on regional procurement performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering. 7-10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in a manufacturing or product-driven environment. At least 3 years of APAC sourcing experience; engineering products background preferred. Strong understanding of APAC supplier markets, negotiation, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in team management and procurement process harmonization. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in procurement systems and analytical tools.
