Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Manager - HR Services (APAC) to join our organization, Manpower Staffing Singapore, under ManpowerGroup\xc2\xae (NYSE: MAN), where we develop customized workforce management solutions, helping our clients to manage their contingent and project-based spend productively. The workforce management solutions fully leverages on the Group\'s suite of solutions where we source, assess, develop and manage the talents that enables clients to win.

The successful incumbent will play a vital role in driving overall delivery and governance of one client\'s workforce program. More than 130 years old, the client is a multinational corporation listed on the NYSE that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods sold in over 170 countries.

This role will be part of the global PMO, and will be in charge of managing the client\'s MSPs in APAC, ensuring that the standards and processes are consistent and in compliance across the client\'s workforce ecosystem.

The Job

Builds and maintains client\'s partnerships through open communications and data analysis

Collaborate with counterparts in North America and Europe

Work with the vendors regularly to ensure their standards and service levels meet contractual obligations

Build and develop strong relationships with the client; understand their value propositions, challenges and workforce plan

Serves as key partner to leaders on all key initiatives including but not limited to initiatives to drive growth and operational performance

Offer solutions to client; ensuring resolutions are offered along with internal escalation plan

Proactively identify and present to leadership ideas to improve key metric performance
