Responsibilities:
A Develop and implement tender strategies with user departments to ensure both cost effectiveness and high quality.
A Prepare comprehensive tender documents and draft contracts that clearly define contractors' roles and protect company interests.
A Analyze tender submissions and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value outcomes.
A Manage post-contract activities, ensuring suppliers comply with agreements and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
A Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the contract lifecycle, including integrating sustainability goals into procurement processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of procurement and sourcing experience.
A Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, tendering, contract management, negotiation, and governance.
A Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
A Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A Experience with e-procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Zycus) and CIPS or CPSM certification
