What the role is:The incumbent's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:What you will be working on:

• Assist the system owner of the Procurement Module of the ACE (SAP) system in performing the following: - To manage and review procurement system and processes and recommend for adoption of best practices. - To manage daily operational procurement processes such as creation, updating, uploading of contracts information in ACE for all board's contracts. - Provide ACE System support advice/services to officers when they encountered problems with authorisation rights and contract matters. - Working closely with various internal stakeholders e.g. Infocomm, Finance, users and consultants to enhance and improve ACE procurement module. Administrator of the Government Procurement Business (GeBIZ) portal for the Board. System Administrator for Procurement portal site. Manage the daily operations of the Tender Evaluation and Project Monitoring System. e.g. Implement Change Request and attend to Incident Request. Develop and maintain Qliksense procurement dashboard. Participate in the development of new Procurement ERP system. Attend to audit queries.

What we are looking for:

• Degree holder, preferably IT related. Like to work using computer most of the time and familiar with SAP purchasing software will be an advantage. Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. Motivated, organised, meticulous, and people oriented. Good Interpersonal, communication, writing and IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, excel, powerpoint software etc. Enjoys problem-solving and analytical work.
