SUMMARY OF ROLE In this role, you will define and analyse the business needs of technical specifications and being able to provide added values with your expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain perspective.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Capital Equipment/RDD/Machining and Project Base Category Procurement.
• Define and analyse the business needs and wants of technical specification and provide added values from Procurement and Supply perspective.
• Analyse and present spend analysis and category of each project.
• Responsible, host & monitor TQRDC, QBR, New AVL, Contracts & NDA essential BCP activities
• Perform strategic sourcing, cost optimizing for BCP/Risk management of supply base
• Drive cost efficiency via VAVE and strategic sourcing
• Contract management, negotiation achieve best value for the business & IPR ownership.
  

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Business Administration/Business Management.
• Excellent knowledge of the supply market relevant to the machining testing/handling and metal sheets, and EMS environment.
• With 10 years or more of sourcing experience in machining, mechanical parts and electromechanical parts will be added advantage.
• Good integrity background and understanding the importance of business code of ethics.
• Good analytical and communication skills, both written and spoken of English and Mandarin.
• Motivated person and ability to demonstrate strong cohesiveness with cross functional team and being able to coach junior staffs.
• Ability to manage spending vs budgetary.
