Responsibilities:
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Always ensure an adequate inventory level of products.
- Following and enforcing the company\'s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and make recommendations to stake holders for products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- At least a Higher Nitec / Diploma or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the F&B / Supply chain logistics an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail Has an eye for details.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
