In line with our company expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to join us. Responsibilities: Actively source and procure machine components and materials from both local and overseas suppliers Make on-going efforts to identify new suppliers and review current suppliers to maintain a pool of qualified suppliers Work closely with suppliers on delivery scheduling, quality issues, component specifications and certification requirements Able to manage suppliers well to secure best price, payment terms, lead time and ensure on-time delivery Manage and monitor project costing closely to achieve cost savings Monitor, ensure and maintain optimal inventory levels Prepare and generate documents in SAP Work closely with various teams in engineering, assembly and store to meet tight production schedules Adhere to company's purchasing policies and procedures Requirements: Diploma or Degree in related discipline At least 2 years' working experience in procurement function, preferably in the semiconductor industry Applicants who have more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior position with higher remuneration Some technical knowledge in machine components is preferred Able to work after office hours when required
