You will have the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of procurement practices, gain valuable experience in tender engagement, and shape the future of procurement through the following key responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with various stakeholders to develop appropriate innovative procurement strategies/approaches to achieve effective procurement in support of their needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing professional advice to various stakeholders on best practices in sourcing, evaluating contract management, and supplier management practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance with the Government Instructions Manual (IM) on Procurement and the Board\'s Procurement Policy and Guidelines for all purchases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and submitting tenders, which involve creating comprehensive documents and evaluating and assessing potential vendors who submit bids. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting spend analysis on procurement data to formulate long-term procurement strategies for better procurement management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detecting anomalies and identifying opportunities for demand aggregation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes by providing valuable insights and feedback gained from tender participation experiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging in projects leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), GenAI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance the procurement experience.What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated work experience in procurement preferably in ICT, data analysis, and governance processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of procurement governance processes and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of demand aggregation strategies and their application in procurement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical skills to assess procurement data and detect anomalies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to design and implement training programs aligned with procurement competency frameworks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with technologies such as ML/AI, GenAI, and RPA, and a willingness to participate in projects that leverage these technologies to enhance the user procurement experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources effectively. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
