Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a Procurement Specialist - Machining, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee the effective purchasing of defined work, accurate raw material status reporting, and control and expedite in a professional manner in accordance with strategy.As a Procurement Specialist - Machining, you will be responsible for:Collaborating with Global Category Team on Sourcing Category Strategy, Supplier Selection and Onboarding, and Supplier Negotiations to achieve deflation initiatives.Managing Supplier Delivery and Quality Performance, Cost and Inventory management, and Supplier Relationship ManagementManaging end-to-end activity starting from PO Issuance, PO Acknowledgement, executing MRP exception message, Logistics arrangement till Goods Receipt in the systemCollaborating with Supplier Quality Team for Supplier Performance and Quality issuesDrive Cost Negotiations: product cost, cost optimization and able to deliver a good result of cost savings.Fuel your passion.To be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent field.Have minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in procurement for manufacturing / supply chain environment.Have an acquired CNC machining knowledge of completion tools.Have a good knowledge of Purchasing practices, principles, and procedures.Have a Procurement experience in SAP and Ariba system.Have a technical knowledge and ability to read engineering drawing.Have a good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
