1) Manage the sourcing and procurement of Facilities packages, Production Consumable, Bulk Gases in a front-end semiconductor manufacturing environment through tenders or RFQ.
2) Contribute to the attainment of group policy deployment and procurement campaign goals, i.e. in the areas of savings, automation, continuous improvement and innovation.
3) Strong partnership with End Users, Finance, Planning and QA.
Manage and control the entire Procure-To-Pay process.
40 Collaborating and develop supplier relationship including troubleshooting in case of delivery, project execution problems and/or innovative solutions.
Act as a liaison between different category procurement teams and global suppliers.
5) Manage the supplier database including Sourcing of new potential suppliers + revalidation of existing suppliers.
6) Contribute to group and cross-functional projects/initiatives in a lead or supporting role, as the case may be.
7) Ensure compliance versus company procedures and SOX.
Management reporting and analysis.
