WE ARE NOW HIRING!PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS: College graduate of any business degree or related course Solid Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and system Minimum of 2 years experience as Procurement and Logistics or any related Proficient computer skills including Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook) Excellent communication skills both oral and written Goal oriented, organized team playerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Research Evaluate and compare products and services to determine which best meets the organization's needs. Research and evaluate prospective suppliers Evaluate and analyze supplier's performanceCost analysis Securing the best pricing, terms, and delivery options for each product or service Cost is one of the major factors when setting prices for the company's products or services which must be in line with the market Maintain accurate pricing records, Supplier's list, and terms Review, compare and analyze supplier's products and services offeredNegotiating contracts Negotiation is a major share of the procurement specialist's job. After securing the best pricing, terms, and delivery options for each product or service Establish and manage relations with suppliersProjecting future needs: Departments and suppliers to ensure the organization's future needs will be seamlessly met. Manage deadlines and sometimes difficult situations, therefore an element of negotiation is required to be able to meet timescales Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment Maintain and update Philippines rules and regulations of import processes and ensure efficient transmission of all import goods by preparing the Purchase Orders (PO), other related documentation, and accuracy of files for seamless import clearance. Document and process the import clearance and ensure compliance with all Philippines Customs laws and regulations.Logistics Identifies and evaluates suppliers, arranges for transportation of purchased goods, identifies and develops strategies for addressing logistical barriers, monitors use of materials and resources. Facilitate importation i.e. customs clearance of procured goods and end-to-end logistical strategies of goods and services. Coordinate and track the movement of goods and services from suppliers/ warehouse to project site Create good relationship or partnership with suppliers and shippers Manage relationship with freight forwarders to coordinate the transport of goods to final destinations;WHO WE ARE: We are One Renewable Energy Enterprise, Inc.
