Main purpose of the JobReports directly to the General Manager. This position is responsible for purchasing spare parts and other items needed for the operation of the business.Main Duties and Responsibilities1. Canvass, purchase and liquidate purchased spare parts, materials and supplies needed by trucks, garage and office.2. Conduct monthly inventory of truck and garage items.3. Encode and generate report of monthly purchases, garage expenses etc.4. Coordinates with garage supervisor regarding needed spare parts (i.e item specification, sample needed)5. Handle prospect and existing suppliers regarding their requirements and needs.6. Render other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications
