Job Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the JIS plans
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and Delta FAI per AS9102 requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct process/product and/or Certified Operator audits
\xef\x82\xb7 Proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment
\xef\x82\xb7 Proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork
\xef\x82\xb7 Keep workstations clean and hazard free

Job Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 NITEC qualification in Precision Engineering or equivalent

\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of GD&T
\xef\x82\xb7 At least 3 years of working experience in a Quality
\xef\x82\xb7 Non Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection or Special Processes skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Specialized inspection skills (Gear inspection)
\xef\x82\xb7 Raise simple reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Use of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) / Basic programming knowledge (Carl Zeiss / Wenzel)
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to perform weekly rotating shifts
