DESIGNATION : Producer (Micro-documentaries), CNA Insider Growth Team



RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for factual storytelling, good ideas, and an aptitude for engaging audiences on social platforms.



Your job will revolve around producing short-form documentaries: from original stories and series, to behind-the-scenes access, to explainers that break down today's issues. You will help to turn CNA Insider's rich trove of award-winning current affairs shows into snackable content; you will get to collaborate with the talented stable of producers who make these programmes.



You will get the opportunity to ideate, pitch, research, write, film, script, edit and analyse audience data; and to contribute to engagement efforts across different digital platforms.









QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Degree in any discipline At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Ability to spot what makes a good story - and how to tell it in an engaging, concise, accessible way Strong visual sense, with basic technical competency in filming and video editing. Graphics design knowhow is a plus. Interest in current affairs, curiosity about how the world ticks, and the ability to distil complex issues clearly Be immersed in trends on TikTok and Instagram Be meticulous, but also flexible in exploring different approaches Ability to host in front of the camera is a bonus Work experience in a content creation role is ideal * Must work well in a team and under pressure of tight turnround times
