Job Description

:We are looking for a creative and driven individual who is passionate about radio, content generation & research for the audio brands across radio, audio, video & social media platforms. You will be working with the on-air talents in coordinating the content output and will report to the Program Director/Producer Team Manager. The producer also acts as the critical link between talents/presenters, guests, technical, editorial and programming support.Responsibilities

• Plan, Manage and Deliver content for assigned radio belt(s). This includes daily topic plans, social media & video content, segment and catch-up podcasts.
• Setting up and managing of TikTok Live streams. This includes setting up technical-related matters, such as, patching musical instruments, monitoring the Live streams especially in terms of engagement and views, liaising with technology support department.
• Updating the stats from the TikTok Live Centre (for all TikTok Live streams daily.
• Research trending / relevant topics and book guests for interview segments .
• Ensure that content requirements and programming guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Generate video content for by working with production houses or commissioners .
• Being present at station events to record all necessary videos/ pictures to be uploaded on respective social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Production experience in the broadcast media (radio/audio, video, social media platforms) and an awareness of what makes good entertainment & content
• Excellent spoken and written English, including script-writing skills for radio and video
• Ability to work and adapt quickly under fast-changing conditions, including working as a team and also independently
• Strong research, interviewing, creative, improvisational and production skills
• Experience in social media production & digital analytics
• Creative, meticulous and organized with good forward-planning skills
• Ability to work irregular hours occasionally, depending on shift patterns
• Proficient in applications such as Pro-tools, Cool Edit Pro, Adobe Audition, any video editing software
