What you can offer to us..

As a Producer, you will oversee production end to end all through a creative execution lens which includes:

• Developing production solutions and strategies to drive the team
• Attend to project inquiries and work directly with the client to understand business objectives and briefs
• Research, conceptualize and pitch where necessary
• Translating an idea or story into the desired end product
• Take ownership to plan, develop and execute all stages of pre-production to post-production with relevant stakeholders
• Building relationships with all vendors to support creative projects and oversee the logistics management for project operations
• Facilitate casting, auditions, and hiring of freelancers for relevant projects
• Plan and manage post-production timelines while keeping the client up to date on progress
• Managing the creative team\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day operations, timelines, and budgets
• Procure, review and negotiate production estimates.
• Work closely with stakeholders and clients and act as a POC to ensure smooth operations for each projects
• Be an expert on filmmaking, photography, image capture, digital platforms, and formats

• Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with handling huge budgets strategically
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in between projects with tight deadlines
• Well-versed with all processes involved in a product life cycle (Video, design, digital)
• Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing, and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
• Strong leadership skills and performance-driven individual with a strong business acumen
• Forward-thinking, be able to identify any pitfalls throughout the process.
• Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote
• Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud or Final Cut Pro is a plus
• Knowledge of all production disciplines
