Manila, Philippines

Job Description

Who we are and why you want to work here? Are you seeking a job, or a career? How about a career with a stable, industry leading, debt-free company? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of people all over the country? Meet Tyler Technologies. We are hiring to continue to fuel our ongoing steady growth and set the stage for our future. We are the nation’s largest dedicated provider of public sector software and we recently were welcomed into the S&P 500 index (NYSE: TYL). What is the job? Do you have a knack for working with computer software? Do you enjoy working with people to understand their software needs? Can you translate those needs into interactive stories and acceptance criteria to help your software engineering team make the software a reality? Do you have experience working within the courts system and/or legal professionals? If you answered yes to several of these questions, perhaps we should get together to discuss a possible connection. That connection just may lead you to a lifelong career, a family of peers, and a place you can call home away from home. How do we do the job and what are we looking for? We are first and foremost a software company. Our products empower the people who serve the public across the United States. The product analyst provides the vital link between the needs of those people and the software that runs their business. Our eSolutions business unit is seeking an additional Product Analyst to help continue building upon our market leading court case electronic filing solutions. You will be surrounded by a multi-discipline team to help you get up to speed, whereby you can then apply your creative, detailed-oriented approach to design software that is created to be accessible, efficient, and intuitive. You will have many opportunities to learn, to take ownership for the analysis on projects both large and small, and to bring your fresh ideas to bear upon the products. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, collaborating with our teams in an agile development methodology to deliver increased value to the courts, numerous partners that integrate with our systems, legal professionals, and citizens who depend upon the courts to resolve issues every day. Something bigger than ourselves We are part of something bigger than ourselves at Tyler. We are making government more effective and efficient in how they run their local justice system. What we do saves taxpayers money and provides more access to justice for everyone.
