Job Description
The position will coordinate between business development, marketing, content and product development teams to guide and support the development of a web-based platform. The successful candidate must have a passion for educational excellence and the desire to build a disruptive edtech product that brings out the best in the brightest students around the world.
- Manage the product development team to achieve quarterly product objectives
- Identify product development priorities in line with quarterly business objectives
- Liase with the business development and marketing teams to ensure product’s commercial viability
- Conduct weekly user interviews and product testing to guide further product development
- Develop an extracurricular international content framework for Math and Science for primary and secondary level
- Recruit, train and manage a team of outsourced content creators
- Manage scalable creation of content according to the developed framework
- Develop and manage a quality control system
