Product Certification

Assure HPE products comply with Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s regulatory requirement before introducing into market. Product regulation including but not limited to Wireless, EMC, Safety, Telecom.

Working with Business Units engineering team on HPE Product compliance initiatives; create Purchase Order, maintain budgets, working with international and local trade associations on advocacy around new adoption of standards and regulation, supports test laboratory audit supports.

Environmental reporting

Assure development and implementation of the product take-back and recycling strategies in the Asia-Pacific (APJ) region across all Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) business units and drive proactive program implementation. Ensure take back operations in the region meet regulatory and market access requirements, including regulatory reporting obligations to the authorities.

Acts as a subject matter expert, as required, for HPE in the area of environmental take back operations so as to support HPE\xe2\x80\x99s ability to sell products in the region and to enhance HPE\xe2\x80\x99s environmental leadership and visibility.

Monitor and assure compliance with environmental legal and market access requirements in South East Asia countries, deliver tools and support to sales and the channel, and engage directly with customers to deliver company\xe2\x80\x99s environmental leadership message. Actively participating in advocacy work on new environmental regulations with HPE government relations, business unit teams, industry associations, regulators and other related stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
