As part of the Customer Experience (CX) & Design team within the bank, the Product Designer will be expected to design products and services that integrate both Client and Employee Experiences together -- which are now the driving forces of our business that creates a sustainable competitive advantage.
About the BOS Design Team
Just over a year old, the BOS CX & Design team is building a foundation of key experiences across a suite of different platforms, moving towards treating design solutions as robust yet beautiful platforms for users.
Throughout the design process -- from creating user flows and wireframes to prototypes -- you'll envision how people interact with the products and make the concept land in reality.
