Gladex Travel Services is hiring a Product Development Associate to manage, develop and create a collection of custom journeys for marketing and selling purposes. This role works with key partners to develop programs.The position also partners with our Marketing Department to develop accurate Custom Journey trip materials.Our ideal candidate has an innovative mindset, a background in vendor management and is passionate about travel.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in roll out of new products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop product and service messaging for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales department to monitor sales and understand customer feedback and market sentiments.
• Develop new products and services pricing strategies.
• Evaluate existing products and services based on customer insights and data, market trends and business environment analysis.
• Evaluate vendors based on market research, cost-benefit and risk analysis.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Plan overall product and service offerings based on market research and portfolio gap analysis.
• Propose department's financial budgets for management approval.

Requirements

• College Graduate
• Computer Literate
• Superb communication skills, including writing.
• Knowledgable in Google sheets and Excel's formulas
