Responsibilities:

Participate in research & development projects
Assist in handling product development duties
Prepare and process samples for testing and sensory evaluation
Ensure proper recording and documentation of findings
Ensure adherence to regulations
Provide operational support such as ordering of supplies, maintaining the laboratory etc
Provide administrative support
Other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:

Possess good experience in similar capacity providing support in R&D/ product development projects
Possess know-how on using laboratory instruments and equipment
Experience on basic chemical analysis or in handling scientific experiment is preferred
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Min.Diploma / Degree in Food Science
