To development and maintain the company product range, train and support the sales team in their sales & service and work with marketing in their activities.
RESPONSIBILITY 1. To develop & maintain the itineraries within the portfolio for all offices under the strategic direction of the Product director.
2. To support the sales & service effort of the sales team
3. To work with the IT team to maintain the tour related information within our Travel Management system.
4. To work with the suppliers (including Virtuoso and hotel programs) through constant feedbacks, ensure price competitivness including kick-backs, program design and tender exercise when required.
5. To work with the marketing team in website itineraries, regular edms and other communications
6. Product statistics analysis to support product director in his or her strategic decision
REQUIREMENTS 1. Experience in Travel agency is a requirement, preferably in product department or sales in the luxury sector; 2. Project management skills; 3. Travel knowledge; 4. People skill
