We are seeking committed and motivated individuals to fill the following position: Value Chain Promotion Manager (Business Development) Job Summary (overview of the job scope) Plan and develop new finance products and business (not limited to automotive loan/leasing) that contribute to customers' financial affordability and flexibility in their new/used car purchasing or usage of mobility services, by collaborating with affiliate companies of Toyota or Toyota Finance in Asian countries. Conduct trials of new business in each country and manage the progress and performance for improvement and monetization. Conduct following jobs related to new business development including KINTO (Full Service Lease & Mobility), Used Car, Vehicle Insurance, New finance products (Balloon finance, flexible payment, etc.), Payment solutions (Toyota Wallet). 1. Communicate with affiliates/distributors to gather business information related to each project and report to Supervisor 2. Communicate with TMAP colleagues and Distributors in each country, identify finance related issues and consider the solution Job Roles & Responsibilities: A. KINTO - Business management of KINTO related business (KPI, Issues, Countermeasures, Expansion plan, New KINTO business, etc.) - Collaborate with TMAP VCP (Value Chain Project) for KINTO ONE enhancement and extend the best practies to other countries B. Used Car (UC) - Business management of Used Car finance business (KPI, Issues, Countermeasures, Status of distributor collaboration, etc.) - Collaborate with TMAP UCP (Used Car Project) for UC business enhancement and extend the best practies to other countries - Consider how to develop UC online marketplace business (sgCarMart.com) in each country and support affiliates and distributors C. Vehicle Insurance - Business management of Used Vehicle Insurance business (KPI, Issues, Countermeasures, Status of distributor collaboration, etc.) - Collaborate with TMAP VCP (Value Chain Project) for insurance business transformation in Vietnam and monitor project status D. New finance products - Business management of residual value finance products (KPI, Issues, Countermeasures, Status of distributor collaboration, etc.) - Collaborate with SFC to develop new finance scheme for commercial vehicles (Lower initial & monthly cost, Flexible payment, etc.) Job Requirements: - 9 years experience in Automotive leasing & finance (ie. experience in leasing company or non-bank) - Degree in Finance/ Business - Experience in new business planning & development is an added advantage - Effective verbal and written communication skill - Independent and committed with high level of integrity, drive and initiative - Problem solver, logical thinker, fast learner, strong in research and interview skills - Able to prioritize tasks and be meticulous - Highly competent with MS Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel) - A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management - Flair for numbers and interested on various business fields (not only finance) - Highly motivated to learn , possess a 'Can-do' and Never give up' mentality - Overtime may be required during peak period
