Primary responsibilities - Primary Tool Administration & Support for Code Collaborator & Figma

• Perform application administration duties and user support for ALM team supported enterprise tools - primarily Code Collaborator and Figma
• Provide level 2 user support in APAC/EMEA region for additional ALM supported development tools including SCM and Static Analysis tools
• Provide application upgrades and patching for Code Collaborator as needed
• Work with users to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Work with development teams to adopt or migrate to the platform.
• Work with Vendor to resolve functionality issues with the platform.
• Implement and manage integrations between the SCM platform and other ALM related tools.
• Ensure security configuration standards are implemented and maintained.
• Ensure access controls are implemented and enforced.

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience in providing technical support to users
• Knowledge of software development tools and processes
• Experience with git distributed version control system
• Windows server admin experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Experience with code review processes and tools, particularly Code Collaborator
• Experience with GitLab or related Source Code Management system
• Experience with Cloud-based development environments
• Experience with API programming with a scripting language (eg. Python) to work with JSON generated data
• Familiarity with Prometheus monitoring and Grafana visualization dashboards
• Linux server admin/user experience
