My client is a leading agri-business, supplying food and industrial raw materials across 16 product platforms to over 16,200 customers worldwide. This role is with their Technology and Business Services arm that provides technology and business solutions in the Food & Agriculture sector.

The role involves leading the strategy, setup, and implementation of digitally enabled supply chain-related projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, oversee, mentor, and build a team of products leads.
• Develop the team\'s capacity for digital product management.
• Be the owner of a portfolio of digital supply chain solutions and actively oversee the innovation pipeline.
• To increase user happiness, incorporate usability research, market analysis, and user feedback into product requirements.
• Supervise supply chain projects from conception to conclusion. actively engage in the definition, execution, and validation of solutions.
• Establish and track metrics for project impact and process enhancements.
• Establish digital roadmaps in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Find chances for developing and putting into practice new digital solutions and acquire funding.\\

Key requirements:

• Minimally 12 years\' experience in Product Management or solutions for supply chain and/or digital of which at least 5 years in managing digital products.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current cutting-edge technology solutions for supply chain.
• Understanding of food & agricultural industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience with product management, agile, scrum, and other non-agile project management methodologies
• Demonstrated experience working with global teams and business.
